Dulce M. Garcia, Epona Advanced Instructor

Dulce is a graduate of Linda Kohanov's program in Equine Assisted Experiential Learning. Linda is the author of The Tao of Equus and Riding Between the Worlds, and founder of Epona, an educational organization dedicated to expanding the human potential through the Way of the Horse.

Dulce holds an MBA degree from the prestigious Thunderbird School of Int'l Business and is completing her PhD in Transformative Studies at the California Institute for Integral Studies. She is conducting research on the transformative nature of the horse-human relationship.

Susan Castañeda is the founder of Equine Alchemy Southwest and Alchemy Coaching. Susan is a certified coach and member of the International Coach Federation. She has 32 years experience as an educator and administrator, and has completed her apprenticeship with Lisa Murrell, Epona Advanced EFL Instructor and Professional Certified Coach.

Susan is a masterful coach, with a graceful ability to support clients in the "work" of transformation. Coaching around Horse Wisdom Medicine allows participants to integrate the deep insights revealed in this equine partnership; an integration that offers embodied knowingness and deep connection with personal power.

Jan Wakefield, M.A. Jan has fifteen years experience as an educator and intuitive healer. Her Master’s degree in English, with an emphasis in Mythology, provides a foundation for her creative work with storytelling and archetypal healing. As a former Waldorf teacher, Jan also employs anthroposophical methods in her practice, a result of studying the works of Rudolf Steiner for nearly a decade.

Trained and certified by the Four Winds Society’s Healing the Light Body School, Jan receives great joy in practicing Shamanic healing with children and adults in Northern Arizona. She offers private sessions (both local and long distance) as well as weekend workshops. It is through her joy of living, deep understanding of human nature, compassionate heart, and delightful sense of humor that Jan is a great success with adults and children alike. She currently lives in Arizona with her husband and two children.
